Our Story

Built around the people who earned it

Veterans come home to a housing market that was never built with them in mind — a lease needs a deposit, the deposit needs a job, and the job needs an address, and that loop closes on a lot of people who did everything that was asked of them. Service First Emerald Coast was established in 2026 to break it. We stay deliberately small, because that is the model rather than a limitation, and we intend to know the name of everyone under our roof.
